We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our website.
10. Nuha Connections iOS App
The Nuha Connections app is available on the Apple App Store. The following applies specifically to the iOS application:
- Data collected: If you use the in-app contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit. This data is sent to our backend (hosted on Cloudflare) and stored so that you can track the status of your enquiry ("My Enquiries" feature). We also send a copy of your message to our team by email via Web3Forms (web3forms.com) so we can respond to you.
- Enquiry tracking: When you submit the contact form, the app stores a reference ID for that enquiry on your device only (not linked to your name or any account). This ID is used to look up the status of your enquiry (Submitted, Reviewed, Responded) from our backend. No account or sign-in is required or used.
- Data not collected: The app does not collect location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, health data, financial data, or any other personal data beyond what you voluntarily submit via the contact form.
- Third-party services: We use Cloudflare as our infrastructure and data-storage provider, and Web3Forms to deliver enquiry notifications to our team by email. We do not share your data with any other third parties through the app.
- Tracking: The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. No data is used for advertising or marketing profiling.
- Data retention: Contact form submissions are retained in accordance with Section 6 of this policy, after which they are automatically deleted from our systems.
- Children: The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
